Rolled Stitcher Wire
« on: March 13, 2019, 11:31:42 AM »
We have a Hans Muller AG trimmer stitcher, we have issues with the rolled wire coming unwound on new rolls. Does anyone have any tricks or methods that they use to prevent this?

When I buy Muller Wire I have no problems, when I used another vendors wire. It failed miserably. I took off one stitch head and finished the job with one staple.
I learned my lesson. Good Luck

I am assuming that the wire is looping off the coil as it goes up to the stitcher Remove your wire from the stitching head and place 2 large 3/4 inch nuts on the wire lead to the head. This will keep the wire from looping off the coil.
