Title: Zapi Controller
Post by: drossjr on November 21, 2017, 08:42:19 AM
I have a Zapi FC2086A-NA controller mounted on a Yale MPB040-EN24T2748 power jack.  At the moment, it has no power and the display is showing AL-11.  Could someone tell me what this code is referring to?  The list I currently have goes from AL-10 to AL-94 so haven't a clue what this one is.  I am assuming it is voltage issue as when it quit on Friday it showed the AL94 code.  I replaced one battery cable end due to corrosion and checked all other connections and it powered up and worked the rest of the day.  We came in yesterday morning and it was dead again and showing the AL-11 fault code.  It goes directly to this code as soon as the switch is turned on.  Any insight into this will be greatly appreciated.

alarm 11 is aux driver shorted / driver of electro / mechanical brake is shorted . I would try to plug another battery pack to make sure it isn't the battery before replacing the zappi controller we have about 25 of this same model

Eli, thank you for your response.  At least I have a clue where to start.  I've been searching different avenues trying to find what this code refers to with no luck.  This morning I had alarm code 12 show up.

I will double check the batteries and make sure they are up to par.
