What to do?
« on: January 19, 2018, 12:26:17 AM »
I just went full-time at my job but I have worked for this company off And on for over 20 plus years.
( I absolutely love my job. I can't imagine doing anything else).
A new company bought us out my old supervisor never saw the need to train me on the machine. I have asked my new supervisor to train me.
(I guess he don't have time Or doesn't want to)
I have learned a few things over the years but I feel like I still need training.
What should I do?

I would suggest a meeting with your new supervisor explaining the issues you are having with the machine.  Ask if he could schedule a training session or sessions with him or if he's too busy with another operator who would be able to answer your questions and work with you hands on.
