Quipp Twin-Trak Newspaper Conveyor help
« on: August 14, 2019, 12:03:53 PM »
Hello all,

We have a Quipp Twin-Trak Conveyor that is used as a emergency backup a floor below our NP200 Press Gripper Conveyor. If our conveyor goes down, we can just lower our press pickup table down and run the papers into the Twin-Trak.

It's been a while since we used it, and during inspection we found that the PLC battery had exploded and leaked all throughout the PLC. We unfortunately do not have a backup of the PLC program, are are looking for someone who may have a copy.

I have attached pictures showing the Quipp cabinet, Quipp identification plate, and the PLC in question.

Thanks ahead for any input, thoughts, and direction you guys can share.
