Np 630 encoder read error

One of our np630 lines stopped working last night. When powered on an encoder read error pops up normally u can exit out of the error screen instead it just goes right back to the error. While powered on it is also making the contacters inside the hopper boxed click on and off almost making an inhibit sound. Has anyone ever had this issue ? Any ideas?
