Best Buy inserts

Is anyone else noticed the quality of the Best Buy insert pallets are going downhill?
For several weeks the shrink wrap that is used for straps have been broken or so loose that the inserts have shifted in 4 different directions. The only thing that is keeping the inserts from falling all over is the thin layer of shrink wrap wrapped around the whole pallet.
It is arriving in bad condition to the local shipping company. They have complained & I have been complaining.
I hate to reject the insert because they ship so close to deadline that it may not make it back in time for insertion.

Amy:
I'm guessing its a cost savings thing for these guys. What most are doing is omitting the green, polypro. straps. They are relying on only the shrink wrap.
With News America inserts several contacts did result in them going back to putting the straps back around their inserts. Its not full proof but better then just the shrink wrap.
You might try contacting the name on the skid tag and telling them you're having problems. Your suggestion would probably be to see if they can put the straps back in place on shipments going to your paper. Some of these printers are pretty good about that.
Good luck.
