Quipp 500 stacker - Trouble shoot problem
« on: June 27, 2017, 04:27:33 PM »
We have a Quipp 500 stacker that won't energize the turntable when we push the start button. Anyone have this problem? We do have an air supply. Not sure if it has something to do with the light curtain safety.
Looking for a soluttion.

Thanks to everyone who responded to my thread. It did turn out to be the soft start. When I first swapped out the soft start for a new one it still didn't work. I then realized the flow valve was turned all the way in on the new one. I simply used the same amount of turns on the old valve for the new valve and it was up and running.

A big thanks and thanks for the contact info in case I have other issues with these stackers.
