we have prototype NP5000. been running great since we purchased it. the issue we have now is that we kick out of the track at least 3 ft. of strap after strapping a bundle. we went over it and still have this issue. A lot of time has been spent on this strapped. Looking for some help

Jay, check the track pieces for cracked or broken rubber springs. make sure tracks close completely, and overlapped correctly. also check the pressure plate, and make sure it functions properly.
